    Answer: There are many factors in achieving a smooth streaming experience such as the internet connectivity in your regions, the type of internet connection you are using (i.e. Ethernet 10M/100M/Fibre, 3G/4G/5G mobile networks, allowance and bandwidth limitation from your local internet provider, etc) and traffics in your cities.

    To improve streaming experience, you can always choose between 480p and 720p to see if it improves your streaming experience. Please see attached image below to show you how to choose a smoother streaming option.

    Meanwhile, we also provide an option that you can download each class in 480p, 720p, Full HD and so on, so you can always playback the class locally on your device.
